Fruits are fermented under controlled temperatures to allow Intense scents of citrus fruit on the nose. Fresh fruit aromas on the palate, sustained by rich body leading to a long, mineral, crisp finish. Best served between 10 and 12°C.

A well structured, rounded sparkling white wine showing fine bubbles with flavours of honey, buttery lemon & crisp green apples. It has real depth of flavour & a long lasting finish.
