 It is now more than 25 years since Anne de Joyeuse first decided to focus on the environment, a move reinforced in 2007 by the creation of Protect Planet ®, a sustainable development charter used with all 350 of the cellars cooperative producers to help them  implement sustainable wine growing techniques 

Protect Planet is a wine growing philosophy that guides the wineries day-to-day activities, manifested in a team of expert technicians dedicated to winegrowers, recognized environmental certifications (organic, HEV) & the implementation of sustainable  production methods.

In 2023, 96% of vineyards received AGRICONFIANCE Certification; a certification established by cooperative farmers, based on a charter containing some hundred commitments for a transition to more sustainable agriculture. We have made these commitments in relation to quality & the environment. 

 Allied with the investment in the winery; the Limoux conditioning & bottling plant, a joint venture between Anne de Joyeuse & Sieur d'Arques, became operational in 2020. It is a unique Agri-food unit, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment in over 7000m2 including 3000 for storage.  This new centre has the capacity to bottle up to 12 million bottles & 500,000 BIB units.  A structure to meet growing needs .
